Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Orders are made and packed in small batches and dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are processed the next working day.

For subscriptions, each recurring order follows the same schedule — packed fresh and dispatched within 2–3 working days of your billing date.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch, so you can usually expect your dates within 4–6 working days of ordering.

Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday. Our pouches are letterbox friendly where possible, so you usually don't need to be in to receive them.

Please note that Royal Mail timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — during busy periods (like Christmas) delivery can take a little longer.

Standard UK delivery is charged at checkout and shown before you pay.

Buy any 3 pouches and UK postage & packaging is free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched. If your service includes tracking, the tracking number will be in that email. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at abbey@seconddate.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can only amend an address before the order is packed. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
